In this episode I explain in great detail the 8 hour Sacred Conception Ceremony I experienced as well as the months leading up to the ceremony. Conscious Conception is about creating a space where love begins to thrive just at the thought of conceiving and what’s possible for this tiny human coming.
We talked about many of the details including family expectations, creating intimacy, recognizing that sexiness isn’t the answer, learning how to overcome the fear of not conceiving, how to nourish your body so it speaks to your soul and the baby’s soul so you can feel the exact moment that conception is meant to happen.
